I failed my CBT so I needed a way to collect the Motorcycle, I spoke to a genuine diamond called Dave who quickly arranged the job and gave me a quote for the job. On the day I met Dave and collected the bike, Dave was very friendly and professional when we arrived back at Traceys recovery Tracey came over to say hello who was very friendly and professional too. Was a very good experience I will definitely employ Traceys Recovery again if I ever need recovery services. And advise anyone else to use them if they need recovery services.

C’est le meilleur ! Monsieur Dave prend soin de votre voiture et de vous ! Il est prévenant et vous tient informé en temps réel ! Il est très professionnel. Sans lui les choses auraient été beaucoup plus longues ! Merci beaucoup !

Fantastic experience today with Dave who came out within half an hour and assisted with a flat battery. Also made sure I had enough fuel. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Cheers Dave

My car was hit while parked. Dave and Tracy recovered my car and made sure it wasn’t damaged more then it already was while putting it onto there truck. They were very friendly and also professional.

Highly recommend. We had the pleasure of being rescued yesterday by Elle. What a credit to your team, highly professional, knowledgeable and above all else a friendly face when we most needed it. Thank you Elle, it was great to meet you. 🙂

What a lovely person El is and very professional. I felt completely safe and well looked after. I knew exactly when they were arriving, was continually updated and reassured. Waiting time was very reasonable.
